Mini Me & Me is a special massage experience for children, teenagers and parents, inviting you to enjoy quality time together, with relaxation and care away from the demands of everyday life.
They may be little, but children have busy lives too! Schoolwork, lessons, extracurricular activities, sports and the demands of growing up can often leave them feeling tired and tense. Teenagers, in turn, have to find a balance between school commitments, training sessions and all the changes that come with this stage of life.
Children need moments of relaxation, unwinding and care, too. A little time to slow down, rest and enjoy a different kind of wellness experience, always adapted to their age and individual needs.
At Stretch & Relax, massage for children and teenagers is delivered with special care in a calm, welcoming environment, while giving parents and children the opportunity to share a beautiful moment together.
Session Duration
- Children up to and including 14 years old: A 40-minute massage session, with a simultaneous massage session for the parent.
- Teenagers aged 14–16: The option to choose a 40- or 55-minute massage session.
A parent’s presence in the treatment room is recommended for all minors up to and including 16 years of age.
A little pause from everyday life, a moment of connection and relaxation, and a beautiful way to spend quality time together.
