Stretch & Relax Boutique Rules of Use & Guest Information

A guide to ensure a safe, respectful and pleasant experience at Stretch & Relax.


Quiet Environment

To maintain a calm and relaxing atmosphere, please keep mobile phones off or on silent.

Respect the privacy of ongoing sessions by speaking softly and using shared spaces considerately.

Advance Booking Recommended

Sessions should be booked in advance to guarantee availability. Walk-ins are accepted only when space permits.

Assistance with Treatment Selection

If you are unsure which treatment to choose, please consult our team before or during your visit—we’re happy to help.

Arrival Time

Arrive at least 10 minutes early to relax and complete any necessary forms, including medical evaluations for first-time visitors.

Late Arrivals

Sessions end on time regardless of late arrival, which may reduce treatment duration. This helps avoid delays for all guests.

Gifts and Packages

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Treatment packages must be used within 1.5 months (6 weeks) from the date of purchase.

Therapist Availability & Packages

The purchase of a session package does not guarantee availability with a specific therapist. Therapist schedules may vary by day, location, or time period. The company is not responsible if a preferred therapist is unavailable during the 1.5-month validity of the package. We recommend booking sessions in advance to ensure availability.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, please notify us at least 3 hours before your scheduled session.

Timely notice allows us to accommodate guests on our waiting list.

Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment may result in the session being deducted from your package.

Cancellations made less than 1 hour before will be deducted from any package.

Fees

Prices increase by 10% on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Prepayment for Couples’ Sessions

Couples’ sessions on Sundays and Bank Holidays require prepayment at booking. Failure to prepay will result in booking cancellation.

Gifts and Packages

Gift vouchers and package sessions are valid for redemption from Monday to Saturday only. They cannot be used on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

Medical Disclosures & Restrictions

Please inform your therapist in case of any special condition (allergies, heart conditions, or pregnancy) in order to suggest the appropriate session adjustment. In case of pregnancy doctor’s permission is required.
It is advised that you avoid any skin treatments (such as waxing, self-tanning, etc.) prior to your session. Please inform us at the time of booking for personalized guidance.

Treatment Adjustments

Sessions may be modified for your safety based on health disclosures. Certain health conditions, may restrict service provision

Age Limit

Minimum age is 16. For younger clients, a parent or guardian should be present.

Personal Hygiene

Please shower beforehand and maintain personal cleanliness.

Pet Policy

While we love pets, pets are not allowed inside the boutique due to potential allergy concerns among our clients.

To get the most out of your session at Stretch & Relax, here are a few simple but important guidelines:

Before your massage:

  • We recommend avoiding food for at least 1 hour before your session.
  • Feel free to ask our therapists to adjust the lighting, music, or air conditioning. Our space is yours to relax in!

Limitations and contraindications to massage

There are certain situations where it’s best to postpone your appointment:

  • Fever. A body temperature above 38 degrees Celsius is considered by definition. Nevertheless, it would be good to avoid massage even with decimal fever movement.
  • The common cold. If you feel cold, then wait a few days to fully recover.
  • Massage is contraindicated when you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Recent major surgeries or operations, as well as acute illnesses.
  • Skin conditions or injuries (e.g. burns, varicose veins, bruises)

When is medical approval required?

Massage is only allowed with your doctor’s consent if you have:

  • Diseases of the cardiovascular system such as thrombosis, phlebitis, arterial hypertension, angina pectoris or arrhythmias with or without an implanted pacemaker
  • Also consult your doctor if you have swelling, psoriasis or eczema
  • The same applies to osteoporosis and cancer
  • Another condition that needs the confirmation of the supervising physician is neurotic and psychiatric diseases
  • Gynecological infections, such as cystitis, fungal infections or pyelonephritis
  • Epilepsy, diabetes and long thoracic nerve palsy (you may know it as Bell’s palsy)

Your safety and well-being are our top priorities. If you’re unsure about your condition, please consult your doctor and inform us before your visit.

Attire and Draping

Garments are removed during treatments, but draping ensures privacy and comfort. Swimwear or suitable attire should be worn when appropriate. Disposable underwear and slippers are available if you wish.

Behavior Standards

Please keep voices low and avoid phone use. Any inappropriate behavior (verbal/physical) may result in removal without refund.

Communication

Feel free to inform your therapist if pressure is uncomfortable, or if you feel too hot, cold, or wish to stop at any time.

Hydration & Relaxation

Drink plenty of water before and after your treatment and take some quiet time to relax. Follow any guidance given by your therapist.

Boutique’s Rights

Non-compliance with our etiquette may lead to suspension of access or termination of packages without refund. We reserve the right to remove any client who does not adhere to our policies.

Personal Responsibility

Clients are responsible for accurate health disclosures and for their personal belongings. We recommend leaving valuables at home as we cannot be held liable for loss or damage.

Policy Updates

Our terms may change; clients will be notified in advance. Continued use indicates acceptance.

Timeliness & Attire

Arrive 5 minutes earlier, and wear comfortable clothes. Non-slip socks are adviced.

Equipment Use

Follow instructor directions and return/clean equipment after use.

Changing Rooms

Use changing rooms for outerwear. Please leave your shoes at the entrance—shoes only. No footwear is allowed inside the class space.

Instructor Schedule Notice

The instructor schedule for Pilates classes is available on our website and in the Stretch & Relax Pilates App. However, please note that instructors may be substituted without prior notice due to emergencies, unexpected changes, or force majeure. While we aim to maintain consistency, such changes may occur to ensure uninterrupted service.

Booking & Cancellation via App

Active subscription is required to book classes.

Bookings can be made up to 5 minutes before class start.

Cancel at least 12 hours in advance to avoid deduction from your package.

Cancellations may be rescheduled based on availability within your package validity.

You will receive booking and subscription renewal reminders only if booked via the app.

Personal sessions outside subscriptions must be prepaid.

Don't forget to bring your positive mood! Sterilized towels and bottled water are provided by us to all members before the start of each class.

  • Monday to Friday pilates sessions are available from 8:00 - 12:00 & 17:00 - 21:00 and Saturday 09:00 - 12:00
