Sessions should be booked in advance to guarantee availability. Walk-ins are accepted only when space permits.

Arrive at least 10 minutes early to relax and complete any necessary forms, including medical evaluations for first-time visitors.
Sessions end on time regardless of late arrival, which may reduce treatment duration. This helps avoid delays for all guests.
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Treatment packages must be used within 1.5 months (6 weeks) from the date of purchase.
Please inform us at least 2 hours before your session if you need to cancel - thanks for helping us accommodate everyone!
Cancellations made less than 1 hour before will be deducted from any package.
Prices increase by 10% on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Couples’ sessions on Sundays and Bank Holidays require prepayment at booking. Failure to prepay will result in booking cancellation.
Gift vouchers and package sessions are valid for redemption from Monday to Saturday only. They cannot be used on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Please inform your therapist in case of any special condition (allergies, heart conditions, or pregnancy) in order to suggest the appropriate session adjustment. In case of pregnancy doctor’s permission is required.
It is advised that you avoid any skin treatments (such as waxing, self-tanning, etc.) prior to your session. Please inform us at the time of booking for personalized guidance.
Sessions may be modified for your safety based on health disclosures. Certain health conditions, may restrict service provision
Minimum age is 16. For younger clients, a parent or guardian should be present.
Please shower beforehand and maintain personal cleanliness.
While we love pets, pets are not allowed inside the boutique due to potential allergy concerns among our clients.
Garments are removed during treatments, but draping ensures privacy and comfort. Swimwear or suitable attire should be worn when appropriate. Disposable underwear and slippers are available if you wish.
Please keep voices low and avoid phone use. Any inappropriate behavior (verbal/physical) may result in removal without refund.
Feel free to inform your therapist if pressure is uncomfortable, or if you feel too hot, cold, or wish to stop at any time.
Drink plenty of water before and after your treatment and take some quiet time to relax. Follow any guidance given by your therapist.
Non-compliance with our etiquette may lead to suspension of access or termination of packages without refund. We reserve the right to remove any client who does not adhere to our policies.
Clients are responsible for accurate health disclosures and for their personal belongings. We recommend leaving valuables at home as we cannot be held liable for loss or damage.
Our terms may change; clients will be notified in advance. Continued use indicates acceptance.
Arrive 5 minutes earlier, and wear comfortable clothes. Non-slip socks are adviced.
Follow instructor directions and return/clean equipment after use.
Use changing rooms for outerwear. Please leave your shoes at the entrance—shoes only. No footwear is allowed inside the class space.

Bookings can be made up to 5 minutes before class start.
